Customer Care Representative - Based in SLC, UT 
Are you an experienced Customer Care Representative based in SLC, UT with sewing/quilting experience, are looking for an opportunity to showcase your talents in an environment that encourages creativity?

Riley Blake Designs is an innovative fabric and notions manufacturer, and a respected leader in the industry. We are seeking a talented person to work with our growing Customer Care team.

Our ideal candidate enjoys working with and assisting customers in all aspects of their purchasing experience, sales & company support and understands that superior customer service and customer satisfaction are our priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Riley Blake Designs in a warm, professional manner in all communications and establish a positive rapport with every customer, sales associates and internal teams
  • Greet customers warmly and promptly on the phone
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Assist customers with orders, billing issues, product questions, shipping needs, etc.
  • Stay updated on -- and demonstrate -- an in-depth knowledge of our products and processes
  • Support the sales team to meet and exceed service level expectations
  • Keep accurate records of interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Communicate clearly with teammates and management to ensure smooth handling and transition of more complex customer issues

 Requirements

  • This is a work from home position based in the SLC, Utah area only.
  • A dedicated home office space and high-speed internet is required
  • Basic experience with sewing/quilting and pattern interpretation is needed
  • Flexibility to work hours between 7am-5pm M-F depending on team needs
  • Prior on phone customer support experience is preferred
  • Computer experience and aptitude is required
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices (Netsuite experience) is ideal
  • Strong problem-solving/researching skills and the ability to think under pressure
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous to customers at all times
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to continuing education about the company and products
  • This is a fast-paced position so the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively is necessary
